Holiday Caring Programs

HOLIDAY CARING ASSISTANCE:

In addition to its year-round assistance, SPAN offers special help at Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter. 

Eligible families may register beginning in mid-October for a Thanksgiving dinner and/or Christmas dinner and gifts for children.
Registration for an Easter dinner and baskets for children begins about 6 weeks prior to Easter each year.

Call the SPAN office at 410-647-0889 for sign-up dates and required documentation for registration.



SPONSORSHIP:

Families are matched with sponsors for the Christmas program. There are several ways you can help.  They are: Full Sponsorship, Gift Sponsorship, Meal Sponsorship, Gift Certificates, Grocery Certificates, Donations of miscellaneous pantry items and monetary contributions to help support our year-round programs.  Those interested in sponsoring, may call the SPAN office after October 27 for information and to request a family to "adopt".
