How can we begin to thank our local community for the outpouring of generosity during the Good Neighbors Group #souperbowlfooddrive - We have never seen anything like it! Even though the bounty was shared with the #WestAnnapolisPopUpPantry and the #tylerheightspopuppantry, SPAN is still bursting at the seams!
Despite cancelling the delivery on Super Bowl Sunday due to the snow, the neighborhood captains faithfully came through the four days following; many even adding to their food collections during the extra time! Not sure who the "winning" neighborhood is, but it is clear that we are all winners!
Heartfelt gratitude and a loud BRAVO to organizer Julie Shay for setting everything up.
